Ingredients for Maggie
1 packet Maggi Noodles
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped tomato
1 small chopped carrot
1 small chopped capsicum
1-2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt (to taste)
How to make vegetable masala Maggie step by step
Heat the oil in a pan and stir in the chopped onion until they are transparent. After that, add the chopped carrot and capsicum and fry them.
Pour turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt (to taste) and stir the vegetables.
Then add your chopped tomatoes and cook till the raw smell goes away.
Add 1-2 cups of water to the vegetables.
Bring the water to a boil before adding the noodles and Tastemaker masala.
Cook the Maggie and allow the water to absorb completely, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the flame and serve the vegetable masala Maggie immediately.
